I believe that this initiative by Michelle Obama and NYC Mayor Bloomberg to force Americans to eat healthier is going too far! The governor of Tennessee is trying to impose tougher regulations on blind venders which could put many of them out of business in that state.
The NFB is working on a resolution to this issue which we believe is a reasonable compromise. If this resolution fails, it could be disastrous not only for blind Tennesseans but, failure to keep the current policy in place may establish a tougher environment which could be detrimental to all blind Randolph Shepherd venders across the United States.
